The Farmhouse consists of 2 separated and autonomous Apartments, "La Quercia" (The oak) and ”L’Olivo" (The olive tree), each one has its price.

"The Oak" is composed of ample hall with a queen-size sofa bed, a gourmet kitchen with fireplace, a dining room with another fireplace with direct access to the solarium terrace, a master bedroom, a toilet with sink, WC and bidet. Upstairs there are two ample bedrooms (one with a queen-size-bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.

"The Olive Tree" is another apartment that, even if it’s equipped with all kinds of modern comforts, it keeps intact the characteristics of Umbria’s houses. 
It’s a perfect apartment for a couple or a family of four.
The apartment is composed of an ample kitchen with direct access to the backyard where you can eat outside, a big living room with a sofa bed, and a big master room. There’s a bathroom with a shower. This apartment has also a furnished porch and a private car park.
